The 2008 Convention has got off to a flying start. We started with some real motivation from L. Vaughan Spencer - we are now succeeders...! Whoopee...!
But the meeting really into some real, practical value with Robin Sieger's advice to strive for excellence and authenticity in everything we do.
The concurrent sessions saw people moving from room to room eager to devour every last drop of knowledge before we headed off for dinner.
There we were entertained by Mike Fab Gear and his explanation of why we should all be like The Beatles. And as if that were not enough fun, we then had 10cc (yes the real 10cc) playing us their old hits and songs they had written for other bands like The Hollies and The Yardbirds.
